Bill actor Stewart in on-set 'incident'
'The Bill' role player Jeff Jimmy Stewart, wHO plays PC Reg Hollis in the ITV dramatic play, has been treated in hospital subsequently an incident on set.
The incident happened after Jimmy Stewart was told his contract would not be renewed, a spokeswoman for The Flier said in a statement.
Press reports suggested the 52-year-old snub his wrists on the set of the prove.
The statement said: "We lav confirm an incident occurred yesterday pursuit a confluence with Jeff Stewart, when it was discussed that Jeff's contract would non be renewed.
"Our primary care is for Jeff Stewart's social welfare. We ar doing everything we tush to see to it Jeff is acquiring the help he needs, and would ask that his privateness is respected at this difficult time."
